The Garden Lofts on Pechlátova Street are among the most original development projects in Prague. The project comprises a total of 22 apartments and is located near the Radlická metro station. The industrial-chic residence is surrounded by greenery. Residents of the apartments have access to a private garden with a pool. The project was backed by Pechlátova 50 Developments, with Swietelsky serving as the general contractor. The complex, which was completed only recently, was designed by Archdynamic.
The doors for this attractive development project were provided by SAPELI Development. Within the interiors, white non-rebated doors from the Elegant Comfort series with concealed hinges were installed. They were complemented by corner joint of the OBTUS door frame. SAPELI doors were also supplied for the garages and serve as the entrance doors to the apartments.
